Sea Freight

Most cost-effective for large orders. Ideal for full containers or bulky items such as giant animatronic dinosaurs and lantern sets. We handle all export documentation and customs clearance preparation.

Air Freight
5–7 days
Fast delivery for smaller orders or urgent requirements. Recommended for sample orders, spare parts, and replacement components. Air freight is charged by actual weight or volume weight, whichever is greater.

Express (DHL / FedEx)
3–5 days
Best for small accessories, replacement parts, and control systems. Weight limit: 30kg per parcel. Express shipping includes tracking and insurance. Customs duties may apply depending on destination country.

Quality Assurance
Packaging & Protection
Sea Freight Packaging
All products are packed in reinforced wooden crates with moisture-proof liners. Delicate parts (LEDs, joints, animatronic mechanisms) are individually wrapped and foam-padded. Crates are marked with fragile and handle-with-care labels.
Air/Express Packaging
Products are packed in double-walled cardboard boxes with bubble wrap and foam inserts. Control units and electronic components are packed in anti-static materials within sealed plastic bags.
Customs Documentation
We provide: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, and product specifications. For animatronics, we provide detailed HS codes to facilitate customs clearance in your country.
On-site Installation Service
We provide professional installation teams that travel worldwide to assemble and test your products. Installation typically takes 2–7 days depending on project scale. The service includes:
- On-site assembly and installation
- Electrical connection and system testing
- Operator training and demo
- Handover manual and maintenance guide
Installation fees (airfare + accommodation + labor) are quoted separately. Remote support via video call is available at no extra cost.
