Founded in 2012 in Zigong, Sichuan — a city renowned as the “Dinosaur Capital of China” and the legendary home of lantern culture with over 800 years of history — Zigong Huilongtang Culture&Art Co.Ltd is an innovative cultural enterprise that bridges the ancient and the modern.
Our 60,000m² production base and team of 80+ professionals carry forward the legacy of this extraordinary city. Through lantern art, we “tell the world’s stories and spread the light of civilization.” Through animatronic technology, we “recreate the legends of life and protect our shared home.” This dual mission drives everything we do.
As a core creative designer and engineering partner of the world-famous Zigong Lantern Festival, we bring the same artistry to every project. With nearly 200 intellectual property rights, products delivered to 30+ countries, and recognition as one of the first National Cultural Export Base key enterprises — we combine traditional silk craftsmanship with cutting-edge animatronics, LED systems, and interactive design to create experiences that captivate audiences worldwide.

What FestiveLanterns Does
FestiveLanterns is a Chinese manufacturer of custom illuminated displays and animatronic exhibits. We are not a reseller, agent, or trading company — we design and build everything in-house at our 60,000m² factory in Zigong, Sichuan Province, China. Our core business is manufacturing two product categories:
- Custom Chinese Lantern Displays: Handcrafted silk-on-frame light sculptures for lantern festivals, zoo lights events, theme park decorations, shopping mall installations, cultural celebrations, and holiday illumination projects.
- Animatronic Dinosaurs & Animals: Life-size moving creatures with realistic skin (including our patented silicone skin technology), sound systems, and interactive sensors for museums, science centers, theme parks, and dinosaur parks.
