Christmas Reindeer Light Sculpture, Warm Gold
Light sculpture · Holiday collection
The same wire frame reindeer, built in warm gold light strings with a green garland collar and blue eyes. A softer alternative to the silver finish, and the one that suits covered streets, courtyards and indoor atriums.

Silver wire reads as modern and architectural. Warm gold reads as seasonal and warm, and it behaves differently in a covered space: gold picks up the surrounding light instead of competing with it, which is why this finish is the usual choice for pedestrian streets, courtyards and indoor atriums.
The construction is identical to the silver version — welded rod skeleton, lit along its length, standing on a base plate. What changes is the light temperature, the collar, and the small details: the eyes, the garland, and the way the light sits on the antlers.
Choosing between the finishes
Open plazas, forecourts
Reads as modern and graphic against architecture. The better choice where the piece stands against a building or a large open surface.
Covered streets, courtyards, atriums
Softer and warmer in a confined space, and it works where the light has to share with existing street or interior lighting.
Paired along one route
Common on larger schemes: gold closer to the buildings, silver out in the open, so the route changes character as it moves.

Details that carry the season
The collar is a garland rather than a flat band, so the piece reads differently from each side. The eyes are set as a separate detail, which is what gives the animal a direction to look in. And the antlers are built to catch the light from above, which matters most in a covered space where the light source is overhead.
Worth knowing: on a covered street or in an atrium, the base is usually easier than outdoors. The wind load is lower and the surface is often flat and anchorable, so a lighter base plate is normally enough.

Can the light temperature be changed?
Yes. Warm white is shown here, but the temperature is a build choice and can be matched to existing street or interior lighting.
Is this version suitable for outdoors?
Yes. Outdoor builds are rated for outdoor operation in either finish. The warm gold is simply the more common choice indoors or under cover.
Can the garland and eye details be customised?
Yes. The collar, the eye detail and the antler treatment are all part of the build rather than fixed components.
Can one route use both finishes?
Yes, and it works well. Gold nearer the buildings, silver out in the open positions, so the character of the route changes as it moves.
