Scenario 1: Festival / Lantern Festival Opening Ceremony Main Stage
At the opening ceremony, the host stands in front of the harp stage with the golden phoenix spreading its wings behind them. The LED cloud-screen drifts slowly behind the bird while speeches, countdowns, and the lighting ceremony all happen in this one frame. It’s the angle local media shoots most — phoenix, crowd, lights — one photo that tells the whole story of the opening.

Scenario 2: City Plaza Centerpiece
When there’s no ceremony running, the phoenix stays in the middle of the plaza as the permanent centerpiece. A ring of ground lights surrounds it, and visitors circle it for photos. For locals, it’s the visual proof that “this year’s festival is worth seeing.” For organizers, it’s a built-in photo checkpoint for the whole event.

Scenario 3: Shopping Mall Atrium
The mall version scales down to a 6-8m phoenix with a 3-4m harp — same structure, half the size. The atrium opens 2-3 floors above, so the wings are fully visible from every level. Red-gold for Christmas, red-gold for Lunar New Year, gold-white for Mid-Autumn: one phoenix carries the whole year’s holiday calendar.

Scenario 4: Theme Park Festival Entrance
When a park runs a seasonal event, the phoenix stands directly in front of the main entrance — visitors know the moment they walk in that something big is happening. Directional signs and event maps use it as a reference point: “food court is to the right of the phoenix.”

Short Description

A 12-meter golden phoenix with wings fully spread, standing above a harp-shaped stage. The bird is internal frame and silk, hand-painted in gold leaf and amber pigment, layer by layer. The harp stage curves outward on both sides like a wave lifting the bird. An LED cloud-screen (optional) drifts slowly behind the phoenix, its light outlining the bird’s silhouette against the night sky.

Why a harp shape? The harp’s curve holds the phoenix at eye-catching height without blocking the audience — people standing in front can look up and see the bird and the harp together, and the gap between them happens to frame a perfect camera shot. Most cities set their main stage right here, with hosts and performers in front of the harp and the phoenix as the backdrop.

The phoenix body stands 8-12m tall with a 6-10m wingspan. The harp stage adds another 4-6m in height and 6-10m in width. The standard footprint is about 10×10m, expandable to 14×14m for larger plazas. The whole piece ships in 4-6 wooden crates and assembles on site in 3-4 days with a 6-person crew plus a small crane for the head section.
