This tunnel is usually the most photographed spot on a festival site. It does one job: stops visitors in their tracks and makes them look up.

Scenario 1: Botanical Garden Night Walk
A botanical garden running an evening light event opens with a forest tunnel at the entrance — it tells visitors in one glance that tonight is about plants. The glowing leaf outlines echo the real plants nearby, and the abstract tree shapes won’t clash with whatever the garden actually grows. Unlike a specific animal or character theme, an abstract forest works for any season.

Scenario 2: Festival / Lantern Festival Main Path
Visitors walking the main festival route pass through this 12m tunnel. Blue, violet, and green light lines draw leaves and vines rising from ground to overhead, with light-flower clusters along the base. Most people stop and take 3-5 photos before moving on — longer dwell time, more social sharing, better word of mouth for the organizer.

Scenario 3: Christmas Market / Winter Fair Corridor
Winter market aisles are narrow and crowded. The tunnel is built 3m wide so two families can walk through side by side. The warm palette (gold + amber) matches Christmas tree lights; the cool palette (blue + green) works for ice-and-snow themes. Because the forest design has no seasonal lock-in, you can swap colors and keep it up through spring.

Scenario 4: Public Park / City Plaza Events
An abstract design with no IP or animal theme fits any organizer — parks, community events, city festivals. No one needs to explain what it means. Visitors just see a glowing forest tunnel and walk through it.

The number of figures and the size of each one directly drives cost — a 40-figure festival with mixed sizes costs more than a 15-figure compact display.

Short Description

A 12-meter tunnel built from a internal frame, with every outline drawn in LED neon rope light — glowing leaves arranged along arcs, vine light lines hanging from the top, light-flower clusters scattered along the ground line on both sides. No silk covers, no hand-painted surfaces. The tunnel is a forest drawn entirely in light.

The design deliberately avoids specific shapes. Leaves, vines, and flowers are abstract plant forms — you can tell it’s a forest, but you can’t name a single tree or flower in it. That’s intentional: abstract forms hold up to repeat visits (returning guests notice new details), and they don’t lock you into one theme. The same tunnel fits a botanical garden, a Christmas market, a lantern festival, or a public park event.

We build it with pure LED instead of silk because a tunnel runs for an entire festival season. Silk fades and hates rain; LED neon rope is outdoor-rated, works down to -20°C, and needs nothing more than an annual joint inspection.

Inside, light glows through the leaf outlines, vine light lines hang overhead, and the amber light-flower clusters guide foot traffic along the floor. Power draw is 80-240W per meter — a standard 12m tunnel runs at about 2kW, no special wiring needed.

Key Features

  • Pure LED Outlining — The entire forest silhouette is drawn in LED neon rope; no silk to fade, no paint to weather
  • Abstract Forest Design — Leaf, vine, and flower forms that fit any venue and any season without re-theming
  • outdoor-rated Outdoor Year-Round — Works down to -20°C; installations in Canada, Sweden, and northern China
  • 8-30m Custom Lengths — 8m for tight garden entries up to 30m for grand festival gates
  • Modular Shipping — Breaks into 2-4 sections; one standard 40ft container holds a 12m tunnel
  • Low Power Draw — 80-240W per meter; a 12m standard tunnel runs around 2kW on a standard outlet
  • RGB Programmable — Gold for Christmas, red for Lunar New Year, green for spring, forest palette the rest of the year; one controller, 5-minute color change

FAQ

How long is a standard LED light tunnel?
Most orders ship at 12 to 18 meters. We’ve made them as short as 8m (for tight botanical garden entries) and as long as 30m (for grand festival gates). Custom lengths are normal — just tell us the corridor you need to fill.

What design options are available?
The default is an abstract forest — glowing leaves along arcs, vine light lines hanging from the top, and light-flower clusters along the base. If you want something more abstract, we can do geometric arcs, light-dot matrices, or wave patterns instead. If you prefer a specific theme (snowflakes for winter, hearts for Valentine’s), that’s also possible — send reference images and our design team creates a 3D mockup within 5 business days.

Does the tunnel work outdoors in winter?
Yes. outdoor-rated rating covers rain, snow, and temperatures down to -20°C. We’ve shipped to Canada, Sweden, and northern China with no performance issues. LED drivers are housed in weatherproof enclosures at the base of each module.

What happens if an LED section fails?
Each LED rope section runs on an independent circuit. If one segment burns out (rare, but possible after heavy use), the rest of the tunnel stays lit. Replacement sections ship from stock and swap in within an hour on site. No full disassembly needed.

Can the colors be changed seasonally?
Yes — with the RGB programmable version, you can run gold for Christmas, red for Lunar New Year, green for spring, and back to the default forest palette the rest of the year. Programming is done via a small controller unit at the base; one person can change the full display in 5 minutes.

How much power does it draw?
80 to 240 watts per meter of tunnel length, depending on how dense you want the LED coverage. A standard 12m tunnel pulls roughly 1.5 to 2.5 kW total — about the same as a household dryer running. Standard 110V/220V mains connection, no special wiring.

What is the lead time?
3 to 4 weeks for standard sizes with the default forest design. Custom design elements add 1 to 2 weeks for design approval. Rush production is possible for shorter tunnels if our schedule allows.

Do you install it?
Yes. Our installation team handles on-site assembly and electrical connection for tunnels up to 30m. International installation is available for orders over $50,000 — travel costs are quoted separately.

How is it shipped?
Modular sections in wooden crates, typically fitting one 40ft HQ container for a 12m tunnel. Custom sizes may require two containers. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and can arrange door-to-door delivery.

What does the support cover?
2 years on the internal frame structure and weatherproofing. 1 year on LED rope and electrical components. Damage from improper installation, vandalism, or acts of nature (floods, earthquakes) is not covered.
